284.365 Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Monday October 11 2010.

I made myself a low carb crustless pumpkin pie. No sugar, no flour, nothing to wreck my diet.

Even my kids said it was delicious! And they won't lie to spare my feelings. LOL.

Friday October 8 2010.

I was heading to my office this morning when I spotted the sky on fire outside our top floor kitchen. I've taken shots of the sunrise here before but this one was so red.

Thursday October 7 2010.

My son is starting his writing career early. He wrote me a book. Well he was practicing his printing but it's still a book for me.

Pretty good for a 6 year old.

Sunday October 3 2010.

It wasn't exactly blowing in the wind but it did remind me of a flag.

Friday October 1 2010.

More from the Things On My Desk series. These are the only ones that fit over my glasses. They look dorky and I get teased plenty but they have saved my eyes on more than one occasion.
