We went for a walk and stopped by for a quick portrait. Not looking at me but at least they both are looking the same way and have their eyes open.

The dog even has her tongue in her mouth for a change.

I love the colors in the background. I think I need to do some more fall portraits before the dreaded white stuff hits us!

It's a bad iPhone photo I know but I'm very proud of Lily. She passed her first session of obedience training with flying colors. Just need some extended practice before we move on to level 2.

Way to go mutt. You did me proud.

Lily loves being outside. We have trouble getting her to come in right now. I can only imagine what it will be like in the summer time.

317.365 Lily - Strobist.

Finally, I managed to get Lily under the strobe. It wasn't easy. I had to have the girl hold her still. I managed to get 3 or 4 shots off before she had enough.

And I had it in my head that I would like to be a pet photographer! LOL.

I ran this through Color Effects 4 to jump up the contrast a bit. I've been testing the program out this weekend. So far I really like it.
